The housekeeping and breakfast service staff were exceptional! Reina and Esperanza were my favorites! They were friendly, very down to earth, and had taken special care of my two year old who woke up from her nap while I had run downstairs. She woke up and was crying in the room. They got her and were in the doorway heading out of the room when I was going inside. Poor thing! But I’m so happy they were there to help her. They were just great and made my stay nice! Always asking about my girls and talking with them. The other guests were great, the front desk staff was great and it truly felt like home away from home! Complimentary towels for the pool with the pool area just great! My daughter even met a friend which made her day! Thanks guys! See you next time!

The service was great, didn't have a problem checking in. The room was a nice size and the beds were really comfortable, so I was able to get a good rest

The room was huge! Super comfortable and so clean! So much more than we expected and we were sorry we were only staying for one night and didn't get to spend more time at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The gentleman helping in the kitchen and breakfast area was so nice and accommodating he is doing a great job!! I liked the location and all the instructions on the page they give you when you check in that was very helpful. I like that the parking lot is well lit up so I could check on my car by looking out the window.
